This is a more practical and action-oriented form of support focused on helping you create structure, momentum, and follow-through in daily life.
For people who often feel mentally scattered, overwhelmed by tasks, stuck in overthinking, or frustrated that they “know what to do” but still struggle to actually do it.
This type of support can be especially helpful for people with ADHD-type brains - but you do not need a diagnosis to benefit.

45 min private support session
Introductory first-session rate:

Regular session rate:
120 AUD / 75 USD / 70 EUR

My approach
I don’t believe most people need more pressure to get things done.
In my experience, many people already pressure themselves enough.
What often gets in the way is not laziness, but overwhelm, mental clutter, unclear structure, perfectionism, avoidance, or a nervous system that already feels overloaded.
That’s why my approach is not based on harsh accountability or rigid productivity systems.
Instead, we focus on creating supportive momentum.
